QUALITY POLICY
Noray Bioinformatics, S.L. (hereinafter NorayBio), is a bioinformatics company dedicated to the design, development and commercialisation of software, in several languages, for the biosciences sector (biotechnology, biomedicine and biopharmaceutics), with the mission of facilitating the management of scientific data.
NorayBio’s management is fully aware that, in order to compete in a dynamic, complex and changing context, it is essential to provide a product and customer service with an outstanding level of quality, without forgetting that other factors such as cost, delivery time or technical support have a huge influence. In this sense, the management assumes that its function is to exercise its strategic leadership to promote quality, thus acting as a driving force, guide, and example in fulfilling an obligation that concerns all the personnel working in the company.
Our Quality Management System serves to provide our customers with excellent products and after-sales service, that is to say, products that exceed their expectations. In this way, NorayBio will be perceived in the market as a technologically innovative company, whose priority is the fulfilment of the agreed requirements, the appropriate quality/price ratio and, ultimately, the satisfaction of our customers.
Thus, the philosophy and basic objectives that set the direction of our organisation are embodied in the following commitments:
- Comply with all compliance requirements (legal, commercial or otherwise), which are applicable due to our activity, wherever our products are marketed.
- Conduct our work within a management environment that ensures the efficiency of the system and the control of its risks (in particular cybersecurity), methods of operation and stakeholder relations.
- Effectively monitor all our processes, with particular emphasis on the quality of products and services, to gain the confidence of our customers.
- Promote the understanding and dissemination of these values within the organisation, through communication and training to our staff, validating their professional competence and encouraging social participation.
- Maintain and improve the effectiveness of this management system by establishing and periodically reviewing the company’s quality policy and objectives.
The Quality System implemented at NorayBio satisfies the requirements applicable to the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 Standard, being structured and adapted to the activity of:
“The life cycle processes (design, development and implementation) of bioscience software. The implementation and support of this software in modalities: On Cloud and On Premise.”
This Quality Policy, as well as all the documented information of the system, is mandatory for NorayBio’s personnel, who must know and apply it.
