Yes, we regularly collaborate with universities and vocational training centres. We offer training placements for undergraduate and postgraduate students in all our areas: software development, project management, R&D&I, technical support or international sales. We have a welcome and training protocol for interns and we often use educational cooperation agreements as a source of recruitment.
The process varies from position to position, but generally includes a CV review, a telephone conversation and one or two interviews with the team and HR, where language skills are gauged.
