Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism: Aid programme for Innovative Business Groupings (AEI).
File No: AEI-010500-2022b-318
Project co-financed with funds from the European Union’s Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Mechanism.
Project led by ASEBIO, with the participation of AMADIX, IOMED and NORAYBIO as business partners.
The general objective of the project is to develop an efficient process for capturing data and transforming it into structured and standardised information for all the actors participating in clinical trials, through a modular IT platform that, in addition to managing the patient samples from clinical trials and all the information generated by the different participating actors, allows for the appropriate exploitation of the data, taking into account the complexity, volume and confidential nature of the data generated in clinical trials.
In particular, data from patients with pancreatic cancer and precancerous lesions will be taken as a use case, with the ultimate goal of finding risk factors associated with the occurrence of both pancreatic cancer and precancerous lesions.
