This system will use advanced natural language processing and machine learning technologies to analyse, understand and contextualise clinical data. The AI will identify patterns, relationships and concepts within the data, mapping them to specific SNOMED CT terms or other standard healthcare data terminologies.

The project also envisages the application of bioinformatics tools, artificial intelligence and other digital processing and incremental learning technologies in the automated and integrated processing of genetic data that will lead to better diagnosis and prevention of diseases.

In addition to automated coding, TerminAI intends to digitalise informed consents, which will allow patients to access them more quickly and conveniently, reducing errors arising from the interpretation of handwriting and improving the quality of the process.

The project will also assess the integration of the coding system with existing health data spaces, ensuring their compatibility and the ability to exchange data securely and efficiently, complying with the requirements set by the European data space.

Commitment to innovation and improvement in health care

With this project, Basque Health Cluster reaffirms its commitment to innovation in the healthcare field, applying cutting-edge technologies to transform clinical data management. TerminAI will enable progress in the quality, efficiency and accuracy of health systems, contributing to more accessible and safer care for patients.

[119

post-86991","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noraynews-en-2
["GET
