Development of a software application that will integrate different algorithms and models in order to predict/infer transcriptional interaction networks. Specifically, the developments have been focussed on the prediction of transcription factor binding sites based on chromosomal architecture. This kind of algorithms provide a "positional score" for target genes. This software will help to validate the prediction models, providing European researchers with a user-friendly, scalable inference tool for transcriptional interaction network studies.
